If you are having any trouble viewing this website please read these tips:

• If you are seeing double scrolls bars, this is normal. However, if you are having difficulty viewing certian pages because of this, try maximizing your window. Note: Thise site is best viewed with a resolution of at least 1024x768 pixels.
  
  
• This site extensively uses Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files, and some Windows Media movie clip (WMV) files. Note: Due to some large project files, it may take long period to load, please be patient while it downloads and runs.

  Internet Explorer users: right click on the link and click on "Save Target As..."
  Mozilla Firefox users: right-click on the link and click on "Save Link As..."
